This motor/spindle integrated package is used by a large aerospace manufacturer for component testing. The motor is a water cooled 40S frame size from our Speed Freq liquid cooled AC motor product line, it is designed and manufactured by Burgi. Additionally Burgi Engineers designed the spindle to support the overhung loads of the test article. The entire package comes pre-aligned and mounted on a large ground steel plate with a torque transducer included, this saves the customer from dealing with the hassle of alignment and integration at their facility. The system is Skydrol resistant.
