High Performance Liquid Cooled AC Motor

Our 180L motors are offered in three configurations, the performance capabilities of each configuration are detailed in the table at the bottom of the page:
Water Cooled / Grease Lubricated:
These motors are cooled by circulating
water through the motor housing. The bearings are packed with grease for lubrication.
Water Cooled / Air-Oil Lubricated:
These motors are cooled by circulating
water through the motor housing. The
bearings are lubricated by an air-oil
mixture generated from a specialized
lubrication system which is packaged
with the motor.
Oil Cooled / Oil Lubricated:
These motors are cooled by circulating
oil through the motor. The bearings
are lubricated by pressurized oil.
These motors are offered as part of a
packaged system which includes, at a
minimum, the motor, a reservoir base
and an oil recirculating system.
